To help make our events safe, enjoyable, and meaningful for everyone, we’ve put together a few gentle guidelines and suggestions. By registering for an event, we kindly ask that you read and agree to the following:

1. Registration & Contributions

Each event requires prior registration. We request that you contribute for every individual attending with you. Your contribution helps us cover expenses and ensures we can continue organizing inclusive and well-managed events for all.

2. Community Conduct
We want Utsob to feel like a welcoming space for every family. As members of this community, we all share the responsibility to create a warm, safe, and respectful environment.

We kindly ask that you:

• Avoid the use of foul language or aggressive behavior.

• Refrain from any inappropriate, hostile, or disruptive conduct.

• Respect all public premises and maintain an atmosphere according to the premise/event guidelines.

If something doesn’t feel right, please don’t hesitate to speak with a committee member-we’re here to help and always happy to listen.

3. Substances & Safety
To keep our events family-friendly and safe for all:

• No drugs, alcohol, banned substances, or weapons are allowed.

• Let’s keep Utsob events free from anything that might compromise the comfort or safety of others.

4. No Commercial Activity
Utsob events are community-centric and non-commercial. Selling products or services during the event is not permitted, except with prior approval from the committee.

5. Spirit of Participation
Utsob thrives because of you! We believe in a spirit of shared participation:

• Please be prepared to help yourself where needed (food, clean-up, etc.).

• If you're able to help others or volunteer during events, we warmly welcome your involvement!

6. Additional Suggestions for Public Gatherings
Here are a few more friendly tips to ensure smooth experiences for everyone:

• Supervise your children and ensure they are safe and respectful of shared spaces.

• Be mindful of cleanliness; help us leave every venue as beautiful as we found it.

• If taking photos or videos, respect others’ privacy, especially when posting online.
