Vendor Registration Policy

Thank you for your interest in participating in our event! By submitting the registration, you acknowledge and agree to the following guidelines to help ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for everyone:

Payment Confirmation
Your participation will be confirmed once the full vendor fee has been received.

​

Non-Refundable Policy
Please note that all vendor fees are non-refundable, as stall allocation and event planning commitments are made based on confirmed registrations.

​

Stall Confirmation
Stall space is officially confirmed only after payment is completed and you receive a confirmation email from Utsob.

​

Stall Allocation
Stall locations and layout will be assigned by Utsob to ensure the best overall event experience.

​

Setup Timing
All vendors are kindly requested to complete their stall setup at least one hour prior to the event start time.

​

Booth Space Guidelines
Vendors are requested to display and sell items within their designated booth space only.

​

Liability Notice
Utsob is not responsible for vendor inventory, sales, loss, damage, or theft of products.

​

Customer Interactions
Any disputes or issues between vendors and customers will be handled directly by the vendor.

​

Insurance Responsibility
Vendors are responsible for obtaining and maintaining appropriate insurance coverage, including liability, property, and product coverage as applicable.
Utsob is not liable for any injuries, damages, accidents, or incidents involving vendor personnel, customers, equipment, or products before, during, or after the event.

Limited Availability
Please note that stall spaces are limited and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis upon confirmation.
