Adopt a Stream

Adopt-a-Stream is a conservation-focused initiative led by Utsob that mobilizes volunteers to protect and restore local waterways. Our current phase focuses on finalizing a targeted stream segment for stewardship, including collaboration with community members, schools, and local authorities. Key activities include water quality monitoring, habitat restoration planning, litter pickups, and educational outreach to raise awareness about watershed health.

Participants gain hands-on experience in environmental stewardship, learn about stream ecology, and contribute tangible improvements to the local ecosystem. We welcome volunteers from all ages and backgrounds; no prior expertise is required, just a willingness to protect our waterways and a commitment to regular participation as we finalize the stream plan.
