Yearly Membership Subscription Policy
Membership Term
Utsob’s yearly membership (subscription) runs from January 1 through December 31, regardless of the date of purchase.
Membership Benefits
A yearly membership grants official membership in Utsob Charlotte and includes:

Voting rights when the organization is convened

Eligibility for up to 10% discount on event tickets

Coverage for the immediate family, with up to six discounted tickets per event
Refund Policy

Yearly memberships are non-refundable.

Membership fees directly support organizational operations, event planning, and community programs throughout the year.
Event Ticket Refund Policy
We understand that plans can sometimes change. However, once an event is organized, many expenses such as venue booking, catering, performers, logistics, and supplies are committed and paid for well in advance. For a small nonprofit, these costs cannot be recovered if tickets are canceled at the last minute.
For this reason, we follow the refund policy below:

Final Sale

All event ticket sales are considered final, except as outlined below
Refunds

15 days or more before the event
→ Full refund, minus transaction/processing fees
-
7 to 14 days before the event
→ 50% refund, minus transaction/processing fees
-
Less than 7 days before the event
→ No refund
